I think that the website was very straight forward and user friendly. Also I am not being charged for unnecessary items. I haven't received mail yet or git into the product too much but so far so good.

So far so good. My only issue is customer service who wastes time. I asked about how to go through the notary process and the response was lacking in 80% of details required...cost, hours...etc. etc.

Well worth it

The process seem lengthy but it isn't - a notary was available within minutes and everything was done in less than 20 minutes. Well worth it.

Avoid them by all means! I paid almost £100 to get absolutely nothing! Verification of my co-founder was stuck in review for months and I couldn't use the mailbox because the verification hadn't been reviewed! I asked for my subscription to be cancelled, since I was not using the service but I was refused any cancellation or refund! How are they allowed to do these things!

Not reliable

I have used this service to forward mail to my location outside of the US. I had a very important piece of mail that I needed quickly. They contacted me to ask if I needed insurance, after I specified that I didn't in the main form on their site, but I responded and they completely ghosted the email. The mail sat in the office for over 2 weeks and it took 2-3 times of me contacting the office before I got a response. It was then placed as complete, I was charged, and given a tracking number. Another 4 weeks later, I still don't have the mail. I found out that the tracking number was incorrect and was "preset" without being sent to me and I was charged on an assumption and without the mail being forwarded. When contacting support, they took over 1.5 weeks to contact me back, then told me to "contact my service provider" to resolve the issue and that my mail was not sent. I found it unusual that I needed to contact my service provider, since they were my service provider. It's now been 6 weeks. I can't find any customer support to assist, I can't find the right person to contact, and I have no idea if my mail was ever sent, what the real tracking number is, and where it is. It was a very important piece of mail with my personal information on top of the lack of integrity that was caused. This is not a reliable business and they do not do what they say.
