The woman who was was working the counter ( miss Fi) she went above and beyond to help me , I had started the process online, but had to stop bc of a mistake, but she was able to get me through to the other side unscathed.

The initial contact worked very well. I had a problem getting documents approved and then delayed for a couple of weeks due to personal high priority issues - (selling a condo, moving, etc.)
Easy setup process with great support
I recently signed up for a mailbox for my business. I made a mistake on the post office paperwork and a rep from Anytime Mailbox reached out to help - they made it extremely easy. Their support during the setup process was very helpful. The post office form needs to be notarized and Anytime Mailbox facilitated that as well. I was very impressed!

Forced to take unnecessary steps and for a fee
I will upload all documents and the completed and notarized Form 1583 manually and not through the online notary I will be charged $25 for when I have a notary in our office. No way to bypass it without help from shop owner and only because I have been doing business with him for 7 years now. Otherwise, you are forcing me to participate in a service that is unnecessary and charging an additional fee for it. There are clearly other ways to achieve the same goal, but your system doesn't allow it or makes it extremely difficult to resolve.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. They send you to the local vendor who pleads ignorance and send you back to the Anytime Mailbox. They charged me $200+ to forward an envelope to a local address. They hide the fact that you need to pay $40 additional fee to have notary to setup account. Now am i trying to close account the website and app are not working. The pricing does not justify the service provided.
