The first light I purchased was great, only took like 2 weeks. I tried to order a second one but my order was canceled twice. I did receive my money back after each transaction. Unfortunately those two times set me back about a month and half and I was forced to purchase from another vendor. Despite this set back I will be coming again in the near future.
So I was a little hesitant when I first ordered my ATO, and it did take a while to get in (they let me know that it would though). But, everything came in new, and in great shape. I saved 30 bucks and just had to wait a couple of weeks. Totally worth it!
Awful communication, sent them two questions and had no reply. Eventually placed an order with them which was confirmed until a month later my order was cancelled and refunded without any reason why or apology, horrible company.
I have sent multiple emails about my order. It ended up breaking in only a few months and they have not replied to my emails and I'm sure they don't plan to, take your money somewhere else.
Good product's for the price
I received my product as described. my only complaint would be the fact it took a few weeks to receive the product. The price of the product definitely made up for that. If you NEED the product right away then I wouldn’t order from them but if you have the time it’s definitely worth it.
Couldn’t be happier with the whole process!
I am very impressed with the output of these lights and 4 seems to work great on my 6 foot long 125 gallon tank. I do wish it had more programming options, even with the controller its a bit limited.
