Hi, Thank you for contacting us, it is mentioned on the product page that this product comes with type I electrical plug (three flat pins in a triangular pattern), to resolve it you just have to add a travel adapter to match the electrical outlet of your country. You can buy those travel adapters almost anywhere, it only cost $1 or $2 usd.
Good, Could Be Better
The shop had horrific communication. But an excellent product that works as intended for a lot cheaper than almost all retailers. So my overall was a three-star as even though they didn't communicate well I still got my product for a lot cheaper and reasonable to high quality. There shipping was also timely done.

Updated Review: Seller reached out and apologized after seeing my review. Apparently my items are not in stock yet. I hope the seller works to continue to communicate in a more timely manner and that I don’t have to write a bad review to get an order update in the future. I will update my review again once they respond. Original Review: My item hasn’t shipped. I emailed for an update but never heard back. What’s worse is that the previous item I bought died almost immediately and I have no idea how to get a replacement. Will need to contact my credit card company to dispute they payment and mark it as fraudulent tomorrow. Absolute nightmare.

My first experience was very good and very timely. I came back to order again and the light was out of stock but took my entire order several days before notice it was cancelled. I reordered with new items and it has been nearly 30 days and no shipping.
Wrong information
I bought a lamp, which was available. After my payment I haven’t heard anything of the shop for 2 weeks. I wrote 3 email. After my third email, they sent me back my money and said, the lamp is not available and it takes a few weeks. Bad service.
