I ordered the Pecan Chicken Salad and it had so much mayo or what ever that white stuff was, it took 2 paper towels to get much of it off. It still had too much. The bread is too thick and was soggy from the mayo. The tomatoes were not ripe and tasted like cardboard. The Dr Pepper didn't taste like Dr.Pepper. The floor was dirty and sticky. I threw away all the food it was so bad and I got heartburn from it.Not going back
purchased one cheesesteak sandwich which is advertised as being Angis Beef, with some type of cheese.. The sandwich was nothing but ground beef hamburger full of gristle with a disgusting cheese holding the ground beef and gristle together. Next time I will be going back to my old sandwich shop where the sandwiches are edible.
To cheap to supply sweetener for unsweet tea also you gotta order horsey sauce and ketchup. I'm thinkn Arby's is doing so poorly they can't afford condiments. Put a fork in it cause your done.....this location is on bch blvd by hodges. Jacksonville FL
Today i went to Arby's, as i walked into the shop immediately i was envelloped in a rich and tangy aura of cheesy smeg and a somewhat beefy smell. I ordered the classic beef n cheddar and the waitress was nice, some ole honkers too on that one. However, the service wasnt all great. I got my sandwich and took a massive bite out of it since im such a big 6'3 hunk and it tasted a bit like kebab- reminded me of the wife back at home. Yet the cheese on it was not only very sticky it had a very subtle hint of plastic. As if someone had left the wrapper on it before shoving it in the oven or whatever they do. Altogether my experience wasnt too great but atleast the shoulder boulders were nice. 2 stars. -Mike Oxlong

The moment I opened the wrapper, I swear I heard distant thunder. Somewhere, a cow looked up and whispered, “What have they done?” This sandwich has more layers than a mystery novel and less structural integrity than a house of cards in a hurricane. The turkey, roast beef, ham, bacon, and whatever else has been stacked in there are not ingredients anymore — they’re an alliance. They’ve formed their own government. I took one bite and immediately had to question every decision that led me to that moment. My ancestors didn’t cross oceans and survive hardships for me to stand in a car park negotiating with a sandwich the size of a small child. The Meat Mountain doesn’t enter your stomach. It moves in. It pays no rent. It takes over your entire digestive system and starts redecorating. I don’t know who created this sandwich, but I imagine they weren’t trying to feed humanity. They were trying to test it. Five minutes after eating it, I looked at my reflection and saw a different person. A person who had witnessed things. A person who understood the true meaning of “too much of a good thing.” Arby’s didn’t make a sandwich. They built a monument to excess, wrapped it in paper, and dared society to defeat it. Would I order it again? Absolutely. Because I’m not brave enough to admit I lost.
I went to Arby's in Cambridge, Ohio today and got a double roast beef sandwich. I asked for two horseradish packets. They told me I could only have one and any additional packages would cost 75 cents. I had just ordered the same thing last week and was given 2 packets without any problem. A double sandwich needs two packets because the sandwich is very dry with just one packet. I've been a very loyal customer for years but I won't be going back if that continues. First of all, those packets aren't worth 75 cents! That's robbery
Reliable taste, reasonable portions for the price, love the horsey sauce. The restaurant in Niagara Falls, New York is especially good. Lines are not long, service is excellent, like the expanded menu with some new, delicious offerings. Close to major grocery store, an excellent donut shop, and other shopping. Recommend this restaurant over others in the area.
I ordered a turkey gyro to pick up. The person who took my order was fine. I was very disappointed in the turkey gyro. The pita was very think and touch. Could not bite through it completely. One tomato was all white in color, so could not eat that. The 3 red onion on it were very thin and one could not bite into it. I have had the turkey gyro before but this one was not good.
Their food was nasty 🤮🤢 and the bag had hair in it and my food was cold and my Fry's were stale and cold my shake looked like It had shit in it I was brown and Black-ish they need to be shut down nowww
I ordered the Angus Cheesesteak for the first time minus the caramelized onions. It was promptly delivered. The sandwich looked very messy. I took a couple bites and it was disgusting. I literally spit it out bc it was awful. I fed the sandwich to my dog. I will not order it again.
Saturday, June 27 between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm I went through Arby’s drive thru at 2022 Lincoln way East in Goshen Indiana. I ordered a French Dip, Curly Fries, and Root Beer which came to $12.40. At the window I gave the girl a 20 dollar bill and she gave me back in change only $1.95. I gave the $1.95 back to her and told her sh had made a mistake and owed be back more ($7.60). She immediately left and brought back the Manager who told me she could not give me a refund. I told her I didn’t want a refund but just the correct amount of $7.60 change they owed me. After arguing for a while and the manager threatening to call the police on me, I left WITHOUT MY FOOD, WITHOUT THE CORRECT CHANGE OF $7.60, AND WITHOUT THE $20.00 I HAD GIVEN THEM AND ALL I WANT NOW IS MY $20.00 BACK WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO ESPECIALL SINCE I RECEIVED NOTHING BUT A THREAT AND VERY RUDE TREATMENT FOM THE MANAGER THE THE OTHER TWO GIRLS SHE HAD WITH HER. Obviously the girl at the window had mixed up my order with the couple in the truck behind me. THAT WAS HER MISTAKE AND NOT UP TO ME TO CORRECT IT
It was a soggy mess, meat was tuff! Not a good experience! Would not recommend it🙄
The cheese steak sandwiches we just had at Arby's in Newton Iowa were disgusting. They tasted like they had been warmed up in a microwave. The meat and cheese was mush the bun hard around the edges even hard chunks of steak. Will never order it again or recommend to anyone.
Paid almost $10.00 for a sandwich. It looked liked TERRIBLE. looked like someone barfed on it. Ground up so called meat and liquified cheese. VERY BAD. This was at Arby's, in Cranberry, PA
So I get a text message that Arby's is "dropping 100K FREE Angus Cheesesteaks with a $10 purchase. So I add $10 of items into my online cart and the ordering is so confusing that I just cancelled the whole thing. Are thewy doing this on purpose or do they have a purpose in it all?
That new steak sandwich is complete garbage
1....Did not have Beef and Cheddar. Said it would be a while 2 Ordered Reuben and Burger instead. 3 Sat inside and waited. 4. After 5 minutes attendant brought out bag and called "DAVID" Gentleman came up, Looked in bag and picked up and took bag outside.. Peculiar as I had ordered before him. 5 A few minutes later he brought bag back in and attendant handed him what looked to be a small sandwich and left. 6. After waiting another 5 minutes I approached attendant and asked if my order was ready. She said that this bag man had brought bag in was mine. I said that the bag had been taken out of the store and that it was not safe to give me this bag of food. 7. Attendant talked to cook. Cook said she had made two reubens and I could have the extra and she would make another burger. I reluctantly accepted. 8. After 5 more minutes order was ready. I took the bag and went to WAWA down the street as store was freezing inside. Wawa has outside eating. 9 My wife could not eat the Reuben as it was a sloppy mess as sauce had been put in between every slice of meat. It was also cold. 10 Burger was edible but would not order again. Employee needs to be trained in food safety as indicated by offering food that had been taken out of the store. What had caused he fiasco was the attendant had put the other mans name on my order. His name was DAVID. Mine is TAYLOR.
Warminster, PA store. Ordered a roast beef classic which I historically like and a medium strawberry lemonade. They tried to charge me 53.8% MORE for the drink than the price on the menu board and would not correct it - said it was "corporate" and they did not know how and could care less about losing a customer. If they pull this on enough people, they will not have a job.
The food was cold and it was pink a little bit we took it back got it back again and it was still cold a little bit and the one that checked us out or gave us food was very rude
I had a pleasurable experience in the Arby’s in Locust, NC. Fast and friendly service with the restaurant being clean and inviting. It was my first use of the App and was greeted with the most respect and kindness by the employee, Van. Keep shining and smiling for our community.
