Always amazing customer service…
Always get amazing customer service from AR Fuels. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - we recently ran out of heating oil completely and Gemma went above and beyond to get us an emergency delivery (not the first time). They are always competitive on price - I have never found cheaper. I would recommend this company to anyone. Always go above and beyond and billing/payment couldn't be easier - we always pay following delivery and never had any issues.

Rude and a bad attitude. Less than half delivered of what I ordered. Go elsewhere.
AR Fuels took payment before the COVID-19 Pandemic for a full tank of heating oil. They demanded payment a week before the fuel was going to be delivered which I thought was unusual but I gave them my card details. Almost £1000.00 was being held by the company.
After no communication and several phone calls to Helen in the office (who couldn't be ruder by the way). I finally get a delivery of oil after a week of waiting. With my oil levels critical I only received 30% of my order. To date I am yet to know why. No phone calls or emails. I was refunded the difference but was left with a low tank again.
I went to WCF fuels and ordered a full tank they were polite, helpful, on time and in the end 20% cheaper than AR.
