This was my second purchase and it was just as good as the first! The quality of the hair was good and the lace was easy to cut. This was my first time buying a wig that wasn't pre-cut and the quality of the lace was so easy to work with. The tracking was reliable and I was able to follow my order all the way to my door.
My hair looked great right out of the box it came in a timely manner as well. The only thing is it became really frizzy after just one use. I guess that's why they are so cheap for human hair.
I had a great customer service experience. The representatives were responsive at all times and I was impressed by the quality of the hair and gifts that came with it. I am definitely coming back.
Have yet to receive hair yet the help received from June in the choices and special color request was over the top. If wasn't for her help, I would have moved on. Thank you June. Ashimaryhair, I will submit another review upon receipt of hair - hopefully same sentiments.
Delivery was delayed but hair came properly plucked, laid and soft.
After receiving the wig I realized I placed the incorrect wig descriptions. When I contact customer support, they were very helpful and communicated on a daily basis in order to assist me in payment difference, shipping, and to eventually receive the wig I wanted without much delay.

Beautiful wig that looks completely natural. I have gotten sooooo many compliments from people who think this is my real hair. The 250% density is full without looking "wiggy". Very little shedding, quick delivery and no bad smell. I will be ordering another unit soon.
Hair is beautiful as advertised it took 12 days to receive the order from the day I placed the order. Happy with the product.
Love Love love the hair!!! I got a reddish brown bob first. And let me tell you, the color was doing what it needed to do‼️ so happy with my purchase that I bought another reddish brown longer and curlier wig!! Not the same color (was a little disappointed) but it was still cute

The wig that I ordered is very well constructed. It is soft and comfortable. It was delivered in a timely manner as well as great customer support.
I got this wig couple days ago and it is absolutely beautiful. It is so easy to wear, especially for someone like me that doesn’t know how to do a hair or style a wig it’s already come already made you just pop it on and you’re out the door. Customer service was absolutely wonderful.
I looooove this wig!! The hair is of such good quality and so natural looking that every one thinks it is my own hair. The shipping was fast and the free gifts were suprr cute (and they sent things that I will actually use). The 250% density is full without looking "wiggy" and the yaki straight texture is on point. Very litte shedding and NO wierd smell. I will be ordering again soon.
