I made my order in 18th Mar and choose FedEx (they claim 2 days shipping) after 5 days they reply that one of the items is out of stock, after removing the item they inform me that it's in the queue waiting for shipping, today is 4th Apr and i am still waiting them to ship my order, will never buy from them again and don't recommend any one to buy
Got my orders fast which was nice. Beyond that good luck. I have attempted multiple times to get a replacement part for a damaged product that was delivered. Spoke to a rep in their customer service chat. Was told to email sales department. Sent several emails calls and no response. Spoke to the same chat rep again who asked me for my information then said let me check then never came back after an hour. I spent thousands with them and All this over $5 part and they lost a customer good job guys .
Would give a negative star if that was possible. They will say they sent your package, have it returned to them when it gets stuck in customs then attempt to extort either more money from you to reship or take 10 percent as a restocking fee scam. Do not purchase anything from this horrible company.
My 1st impression was great. I thought I found my new favorite website to fuel my RC addiction. I purchased the 1/4 scale motorcycle. I received it in a few days as they have a warehouse in the US. The Motorcycle looked awesome and of good quality. I charged the battery and off to the park I went. I was pretty impressed the way the bike handled , it came with a decent radio The gyro in the rear wheel really winds up like a jet engine . Next day charged it again and went back to park as I said gyro spins fast as if it was going to blow up.During 2nd run gyro seemed to get louder and next thing I know bike was undrivable I picked it up and gyro wasn’t spinning. Shut it off got home and took it apart taking pics during the process so as I got to it you could see the shavings the gyro made by before it stopped working. Also in the pic you could see an E clip that holds it in place had popped off causing it to move around while it was spinning , chewing up the plastic where the bearing sat. I sent an email to the so called support group. 3 emails later I got my 1st response back . Telling me the team was off on holiday but will look into it when they return. I was asking for a free replacement of the gyro, as it shouldn’t have came apart after 10 min of use. How could I be responsible for it failing the gyro is internally mounted inside the wheel. Not something you adjust or service after each run or ever at all . Maybe the bearings if it worked long enough to need new bearings. After several more emails and a few weeks later they responded. Here is what they said: they said it had been too long it was only 2 weeks from the day I ordered it and my 1st email I sent. They took about four weeks to tell me that . Things get worse , after realizing I did contact them and provided pics within 2weeks of purchase they told me I used it so it can’t be replaced. . How else would it break duh! I guess the stuff they sell is for shelf queen hobbyist. This means there is no warranty your spending hundreds of dollars that are meant to look at only otherwise it voids warranty. I now have a $300rc motorcycle that will sit on my shelf until I throw it away. If they have no confidence in their products why would I or anyone else. I’ve purchased 3 boats , a truck & a 1/8 scale buggy in the last 2 months and very happy with them . I didn’t buy from them nor will I . I’m an old guy been a Rc enthusiast since 1974 . I don’t abuse my toys , I use them the way they were designed too. Fast planes fly fast, boats get wet off road vehicles get dirty and go over rough terrain. I’ve had a few items not work properly or prematurely stop working this is the 1st time I was flat out denied a replacement. Not even an apology. I also emailed xrider the company who makes the motorcycle got no response from them Shop at bangood or AliExpress they both have great prices , dependable and reasonable shipping cost, & they both have great customer service respond within 24 hrs usually in a few hours and they make things right . They show they want your business and are willing to mske sure you are satisfied.
Do not shop. If you are thinking of shopping on this site. When you first open the site, calmly move the mouse to the cross button and press. I just saved you from a big trouble.
This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever been associated with. I have tried the Asiatees 24 hour customer service phone (the USA number) and repeatedly get a answering machine somewhere in Arizona. I have left messages but no reply. I attempted repeatedly to contact them via their on line tool and when I go to input my password it tells me i have the wrong password. Ive attempted to change the password but their site tells me I have input an invalid password NO MATTER WHAT I INPUT!!! It is impossible to contact them if you have a problem or question. At this point I have attempted several different times to speak with someone to no avail. I will no longer be doing any business with them and if your smart you wont either. Darren J. Novak
Ordered items in stock, then get told on back order?? Told to wait. Asked for refund, told there would be a 10% restocking fee. ( but items not in stock) asked again for refund , still not received or received a reply. Misleading advertising on website. Terrible Customer Service . Will not be using again.
I’ve ordered a set of wheels for my RC car of their website on 31 October 2020. Order AT20841365, I choose the regular mail option via Hong Kong post as I wasn’t in a hurry and the estimate they gave was 5-18 working days. Today 30-11-2020 my package is still not here and I’ve contacted support several times even as Hong Kong post and PostNL. Asiatees answer: “just wait, it’s on the way”, Hong Kong post; “ we don’t provide tracking for your parcel”, PostNL; “We have received the notification of a shipment on 3-11-2020 but unfortunately we have received no such package”. To make the story complete, my package is according the track and trace (which according Hong Kong post isn’t provided for my shipment) since 18-11-2020 in Customs in the Netherlands. No one can do anything and no one knows where the package is worth 52$. My advise here to anyone, avoid this company as they are smelling like scammers. Easy to take money off of you but you’ll not get your shipment.
had issues with shipping because of covid19 but they were very helpful and answer all my inquiries, great costumer service, hopefully shipping prices will be cheaper in the future
Purchased thursday received on the Monday never had any issues even with shipping to the UK my order ended up over £100 cheaper than anywhere else will definitely use again
Misleading shipping estimates. Supposedly 9-11days shipping, 44 days later and package still hasn't left the country. Kit is a used car salesman and a prat with a pretentious British accent. Never takes accountability for anything. Their website takes orders when there is no stock. Takes them 3 weeks from date of order to be informed of no stock. What an absolute joke this company is. Useless mob that promise the world and under deliver.
Advertised as 2 days delivery. Paid so much for shipping, end up its delayed and lame excuses given. Quoted from their website below: "Orders ship out quickly. Orders usually ship within 12 hours of receipt of payment and no later than 24 hours. All orders are shipped out the same day (if working day)." Its more than 36hrs before item was shipped out. Do not trust them. Many empty promises.
Ordered a set of proline wheels they turned up from Hong Kong to me in the UK in 3days! Excellent service all round.
misinformation throughout their site and customer servise is terrrible, after making an acount said i was able to get 10% off on my first order but it never happend. Says “free worldwide shipping” everywhere on the site but i had to pay $20 for a set of $20 drift tires and when i asked why on the live chat they say that they “absorb most of the shipping fee and you only have to pay a small amount” Also trying to track my order was stupid becuase they had to require you to type the order id from an email they sent but they didnt send an email that had a id#

Only because zero stars is impossible. They are quick to take money. Doesn't matter if they don't have item In stock. Don't bother to update website so how would you know? Then they want to keep money for store credit. Might be worth it if they had anything in stock. Offer refunds but don't follow through. I had to contact PayPal. Still waiting for my money. Beware asiatees. Buy at your own risk.
Purchased for the 1st time from this site and that's the last time I ever purchase from here! The only good thing this company has to offer is the pricing, bedsides that I would not recomand them! My order took over 1 month to receive, costumer service kept lying to me about delivery date and time. I was told multiple times my order will be shipped out by the next day and that was a lie! When I finally received my order it was the wrong parts. I sent a email and a FB msg and have not received a reply yet. This is the B.S your gonna go.through if you purchase from here.
They have very poor customer service skills I've been waiting a week and a half and still have not heard back about getting a replacement servo for the bad one the sent me and they wanted me to sent a video of a part that does not work and on top of that I got hit with a 31 dollar and 27 cent import charge that I was not told about dont buy from these people.
