This is probably a paid person to post a fake review , we never had any contact with a person named Michael , and any communication with the phone number provided , I think Trustpilot should look more into this kind fake reviews that are not based on real purchases , otherwise anyway that is your competition can just post bad reviews , at least provide evidence that shows your purchase , and we will provide evidence from our side if the purchase was genuine and if it was fulfilled
