The process of getting connected with an attorney was quick and easy! I did not need to repeat everything to different people, and the attorney was kind and knowledgeable! My only issue was an instant $55 charge instead of the $5 that was supposed to be charged. I did get the refund immediately, but it made me start looking elsewhere for help. After speaking with Attorney Z, I am on board with the monthly membership! IT'S WORTH IT!
