infringed upon!
They posted a song of mine that was a willful copyright infringement.... a publisher called Norman Kerner. My co-writer had Norman help her with changing lyrics and melody without my permission. Norman knew he had no rights. He wasn't on the original copyright. Spencer was more of pain in the ass than anything.....Don't let them have your songs....self publish them and promote yourself. You may spend years having to track down a mess. They don't care about you. I'll be posting this everywhere....

AudioSparx takes copyright concerns seriously and responds promptly when they are brought to our attention. In this instance, AudioSparx was not a party to an authorship or ownership dispute between writers. The track in question was submitted to our platform by a third-party rights holder who represented that they had the authority to do so. AudioSparx had no prior knowledge of any disagreement between co-writers until we were contacted. Upon receipt of a formal DMCA takedown request, AudioSparx removed the track from our platform and issued takedown notices to all downstream partners that had received the track through us. This action was taken promptly and in accordance with standard DMCA procedures, without making any determination regarding underlying ownership or authorship claims. Disputes regarding who wrote a song, who owns it, or how rights should be allocated must be resolved directly between the involved writers and relevant rights organizations. AudioSparx does not adjudicate those disputes and does not claim ownership of user-submitted works. We understand that copyright disputes can be stressful, and we acted in good faith within the scope of our role as a licensing platform.
