While AudioSprax routinely hides behind the perpetual and irrevocable clause in their vendor text to permanently hold independent music hostage they have fundamentally breached our specific agreement through non payment Under contract law a party cannot stop paying an independent label while claiming they still posses the permanent right to commercialize and profit off of 149 masters. Our catalog is actively syndicated across major global networks and retail spaces generating verified revenue AudioSprax has turned their portal into an administrative black hole blocking our rightful distributions and ignoring formal take down commands. This notice serves as a public warning to all independent creators and estates AudioSprax will absorb your master files ignore your non perpetual terms stop your payouts and refuse to drop your audio files once you demand an audit even if you are a 100% disabled veteran owned company. Petroboyz Entertainment will be escalating this matter directly to federal copyright regulators and our legal representative to enforce an immediate involuntary removal of our catalog due to material breach of contract.

When I signed up on a Sunday, I received a reply back the next day with acceptance! Everything went smoothly, although I could not find a way to save the detailed application when I needed to stop halfway through. Autofill helped, but that was the only hitch in an otherwise smooth process.
