Worst service EVER

Absolutely awful customer service and useless company, they never have stock and unless you pay for next day delivery your order will be printed and left on their desk until they feel good and ready to dispatch it. I know this first hand as I have used ASH for 3years and spent thousands of pounds with them, But last week was the last straw and I now refuse to use Auto silicone Hoses. I have ordered hoses and waited 11+days, when I call them to ask where my order is they said “oh here it is under all the paper work on our desk” This hasnt happened once! it has happened on many many occasions! I then thought to try and pay for next day delivery which seemed to cure my order getting misplaced problem but they never have any stock especially the wire flex hose. I now buy my wire flex hose from forge motorsport and all my other hoses from demon motorsport on ebay, this is obviously inconvenient and more time consuming for me placing separate orders with two companys but so far I have not been let down and my orders have arrived promptly. My advise Dont buy from Auto Silicone hoses, they will only let you dont and disappoint you.

Lack of customer service

Rung up to place an order, had some rude guy answer whom told me to order through their site instead... Firstly, why have a order line if you don't want to accept orders through it, secondly, where is the customer service skills... We are a vehicle based business building customized race vehicles so we order quite a bit. This guy obviously needs less workload. Parts are good quality however, delivery can be temperamental but overall a good business with a wide variety

Ordered 4 hoses that said were in stock on website in black to be told a few days later they had none in stock but did have blue. No good to me told 2 to 3 months lead time so cancelled order and went elswhere
