They messed up my order right off the bat. I will say they did fix that. However, I don't think it would have been fixed had I not sent messages trying to find out what happened.

We apologize for the Ballcap Buddy coming open. This is why we highly recommend, as it says on the directions, to use the top rack of the dishwasher. It is safer and the Ballcap Buddy and your cap dont move around. Washing machines are different everywhere and they are more and more like commercial machines. This is also why we say NEVER use in a front loading washing machine. If you need a replacement Ballcap Buddy, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it.
Best Cap Cleaner.
From baseball to golf, we have used the Ballcap Buddy for years. I highly recommend it to anyone that owns a baseball cap! Using Ballcap Buddy helps the cap keep it's shape during the washing process. I Love it and you will too!
Ballcap buddy
I have used the Ballcap buddy since I was younger and it's by far the best and only way to wash your hat without loosing its shape and keeping it smell fresh and clean!

Hi - Bought a Ballcap Buddy for my husband several years ago. After using it the first few times, we ordered several more! Finally, his hats were truly clean and came out looking and smelling like new! Excellent value - a MUST HAVE!
Great product; Ballcap Buddy Cap Washer
Been using this product for years; great product! Been washing my husband's hats for years and they come out looking like new again holding the original shape. Easy to place cap into the unit with no problem. My husband and I will always recommend this product.

Ball cap budd
For the longest time, I needed to wash my hats and would do so by any means necessary. Yes, they always came clean but never fit the same. This ball cap buddy is definitely the way to go. Still washing but now it fits my head the same.
Happy Golfer
We have been using the Ballcap Buddy for at least 13 years. My husband plays golf and washes all his golf hats in the dishwasher with your product! Thank you Ballcap Buddy!
