The ballcap buddy has been a really helpful tool, without quality deficits nor poor design to hinder it! This already has made maintaining my hats far easier, and I anticipate that continuing. This tool is sturdy with thick plastic and balanced connections, and this company’s commitment to support our local economy (USA) is very important to me, and won my choice over cheap Chinese knockoffs off of Amazon.
It works! Kept the shape and the cap washed very well.
Good price, useful product.
The product cleaned my dirty caps. The one that was really dirty did not come completely clean, but much better. WARNING: I scrubbed the caps, rinsed them, and then reapplied, but used too much on the cap on reapplication and suds came out the bottom of my dishwasher. 2nd time around, I was more careful not to over apply prior to running them in the dishwasher.
The product works great. It was a little slow to arrive.
David Thanks for the great review. This is what we strive for, easy ordering and a quick delivery.
Would not do business with this company they are liars and cheats. Product is sub par. Took me buying from them directly to get product which was half price of Amazon
This is the first time in 27 years we have been called liars and cheats. This customer first ordered our product from Amazon. The order was lost during the holidays so we processed a replacement order to send him. This is an easy fix. Meanwhile he went to our website and ordered the product again. We fully refunded his Amazon purchase, and sent him another order AND told him if he received the first order to keep it. No need to return it and he could keep it for free. Our website price is not half the price of Amazon. We have a history of replying to him about this issue. He admits he received the product so not sure exactly why the hostility. Never had a transaction like this one.
Not only does the product work well as advertised but the website works well also. Product ships in a timely matter.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate knowing that not only the product works well but also our website !
Easy & quick to use on ball caps & tennis shoes.
My Aunt Peggy and Uncle Fred had a neighbor in Texas who invented a device like this. If this is the company of the same man, I am finally buying a couple of them. I had some invention ideas and Aunt Peg told me this story.
Nice to hear from you. Yes, this was invented by a family in Texas by a man whose son played Little League baseball. The son needed his hat cleaned for a championship baseball game. Please go to our website and get out contact information and shoot us a message. And thank you for your review !
Enjoyed the ease of ordering and prompt customer service
This product is really great stuff, i thought I would have issues with it, but I had absolutely no problem.
I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.
Thank you for the review. We are not sure who asked for it since we do not request reviews ( we feel if it is worthy of a review, we will get it) and as you said, it doesnt make sense to ask until you have received it and had the opportunity to use it. If you are having trouble with the one you opened from the front, try making sure the front snaps are really snapped shut. Sometimes if its not really snapped tight, it might do that. Thank you for purchasing the Ballcap Buddy
i did not get the tracking info. It said there was link bellow but there wasn't.
Did you receive the product? If not, please contact us. If you did receive it, what typically is happening is that packages are being handed to third party carriers after we ship it, and there is no tracking until the package is delivered to you. Please contact us if you did not get your package at [email protected] Thank you
Waiting about a month for my order. Have not heard from you. I will not be ordering from you again.
Paul This is the first we have heard there was a problem receiving your order. We cannot fix it if we are unaware there was a problem and we need your information to search for it. We have no shipments here that have been returned. Please provide your order number and shipping information and send it to [email protected] so we can trace your order. When we learn there is a problem with a shipment ( we ship hundreds every day) we investigate it immediately.
When used in the dishwasher, these produce great results.
Have been using these for years. Needed to replace. Have already washed (dishwasher) 4 hats! So glad to have them again! 👍
When I completed my purchase, a screen came up saying there was an error. It appears that the transaction was complete but I had to send an email to confirm the purchase came through. UPDATE: product was delivered quickly. Product is perfect, and works as advertised.
We apologize for the error message. There was a glitch with our shipping software and PayPal but it has been fixed. Thank you for your purchase
We had a SNAFU which was taken care of immediately.
