Placed my first order with Barweer after a recommendation from a Lepin YouTuber. I ordered two sets for shipping to the UK and I was surprised how fast the package got to me. Tracking was great, so I could follow the journey. Packaging was excellent and both set boxes were in great condition. In an expanding market of alt brick sets, finding reliable sellers can be a minefield. But Barweer is now a site I’ll be using for my next builds.
Why is your website currently shut down and the service email to contact someone is saying "undeliverable: email address does not exist" I just placed and order and it shows it "shipped" however that is VERY concerning as a first time customer. Update: Joined the Barweer facebook group and seen that it is down for emergency maintenance, thank goodness I WAS NERVOUS! My order should be here tomorrow, I'll update my review when I complete my builds <3
I would have preferred to give negative stars. 6 minutes after ordering I emailed an amendment to my order. 4 days later they dispatched the original order which took 2 weeks to arrive. They are now insisting that I pay return costs despite the fact that they had plenty of time to correct the order. Customer services has been less than helpful.
I paid in full for order #barweer25111613102987; however, the order arrived missing one set. The cost of the missing item was $37.23. I have been trying to get feedback regarding the short shipment for over a week, but after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, I have now given up and written off the cost. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this company. On a previous order, my purchase was confirmed and paid for, only for it to be cancelled later due to lack of stock. Taking payment and confirming orders when items are not actually in stock is unacceptable. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend purchasing CaDA or other sets from this company, as orders may be incomplete or cancelled after confirmation, and customer service is severely lacking.
This is the first time ive used Barweer but two of my grandchildren love lego so I hoped to use this site a lot more. Prices are amazing and delivery and packaging was good. My Grandson opened his present this week to find a piece is missing from one of the first bags he opened. I have emailed Barweer twice with a photo of the missing piece but have had no response. I'm hoping they contact me soon with a replacement part or offer a refund.
I have ordered last monday the Cathedral of Notre Dame, and I recieved it this afternoon. And it looks just perfect, the original box looks perfect and there was also a outside box, so it came in a good shape here. Thank you very much.

What item I got was a good product, exactly as I hoped. They shipped it about two weeks later, which was fine for me. Only two critiques I have is that 1) the Website wasn't up to date when I ordered. After I placed my order of three items they informed me a day before shipping that two items were not available. They refunded the money very quickly though (via PayPal). 2) The receipt doesnt specifiy, how the shipping costs are accumulated - the more items the higher the shipping costs -, therefor I couldn't tell, if the refunded money includes the appropriate amount of shipping costs. As I was confused I contacted the Costumer Support Team and after double checking again the refunded money seems reasonable. All in all: good product, acceptable shipping time, very good costumer service as they answer quickly and kindly

The shipping cost is solely based on your address, the weight of the package, and the shipping method chosen. For refund amount calculation, we will calculate and refund based on the out-of-pocket price of the order, as well as the prorated shipping cost for that product, and yes, any questions are based on contacting customer support until the issue is resolved. First off I always buy from reputable sources. Heard good things about Barweer so I tried them out. To be on the safe side I ordered a Reobrx set from their US warehouse good price came in a repacked cardboard box no issues all brand new. Would have been better in the original box but okay. Since the first shipment went well let’s roll the dice and try again. Boy did I roll craps. I ordered a Cada Assasin kit and it arrived in the original box. Great however what I got was an Amazon return that was probably purchased from one of those mystery return crate sales Amazon does. I know this because the original box seals were broken and the box sealed with Amazon tape. Shaking the box I knew something was wrong as you could hear plastic loosely rattling around. Not something you hear if properly packed in plastic bags. Upon opening I find 2 boxes in one box a partially assembled car in the other chunks of assembled parts that didn’t fit in the other box. What a rip off. I promptly contacted paypal and they gave me a full refund. Long story short don’t know if I can trust Barweer as my experience is 50/50 but the last one sure left a bad impression with me. So buyer beware Chinese supplier ethics are questionable

Pretty great place to buy stuff from, generally cheaper than any other sites I haven't had any issues with them before, I find the shipping to Australia a bit pricey but everything is getting absurd these days, and it still ends up being the cheapest site to buy from anyway. If you can wait a few weeks for your items, you'll definitely get the best deal for sure.
On my Facebook page "The Book of Boba Fans" I occasionally present Star Wars sets from various manufacturers of building bricks. I only get the sets from Barweer because the price and performance are right. The freight costs are a little higher, but I still have to pay the customs duties. I usually have to wait between 8 and 15 days for delivery, but if you know that in advance it's not too bad. The contact is great, you get quick answers and very good service. So far I have had no problems with deliveries from Barweer. Even the sets, which I always order without the original box, have always been complete and of good quality. I am very satisfied and can only recommend Barweer!
Great site and a trustworthy seller. They are upfront with their ship times and orders arrive when they say say they do. Any time I have had an issue with product or shipment times, they have always provided prompt and reasonable help. I've bought from them many times and will continue to do so!
