Although it was not a fast process, it was extremely smooth from start to finish. BDV provided me with full support throughout the entire process, answering my questions, giving guidance, and handling some necessary steps. I highly recommend BDV to anyone considering starting a process.

Your patience and commitment played a big role, and we’re honored to have guided you throughout this journey. Thank you for choosing BDV and for recommending us to others considering starting their process.
I am in my early 30s and originally from Brazil. But I was living on UK, with my husband and son, when I get the process initiated. I came to the United States in search of better professional opportunities, stability, and a higher quality of life for myself and my family. Moving to the U.S. was always a big dream from my family, but the immigration process felt overwhelming and uncertain at first.
I found BDV through online research and recommendations from close friends while looking for a reliable company to guide me through the immigration process. After learning about different visa options, the EB-3 path felt like the most realistic and secure option for my profile. BDV stood out because of their transparency, professionalism, and clear explanations from the very beginning.
I started my process in March of 2021, and while the timeline required patience, BDV kept me informed at every stage. We did started in the middle of COVID-19 and this has increased even more the wait. Immigration is not a fast process, but having a team that communicates clearly makes a huge difference. Overall, the process took around 5 years from start to receiving my Green Card.
The biggest challenge was dealing with the waiting periods and uncertainty, especially while being far from home. However, the best moments were each approval milestone and knowing that the process was moving forward. Receiving updates from BDV and the EVOY team always gave me peace of mind and confidence that I was on the right path.
Receiving my Green Card was an indescribable feeling — a mix of relief, happiness, and gratitude, also fear and worry’s to start a new life. It felt like the reward for years of patience and perseverance. It truly changed my life.
My advice is to be patient, trust the process, and choose a company that is honest and supportive. Immigration is a journey, and having the right team makes all the difference. BDV was an essential part of my success, and I would recommend them to anyone considering the EB-3 path.
