First time ordering and after three weeks of waiting I stil have no order and no response to my several emails or tickets I created. Be Prepared is their website but they obviously aren't prepared themselves. Sorry, but I can't recommend this company. If I don't get order soon, I'm going to cancel. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Other companies I have putchased from after this one has already sent me my purchases. Be Prepared is a joke.
Good product -- but don't buy in an emergency. With the COVID-19 pandemic developing, everyone bought more emergency supplies. That said, they should not have been advertising "specials" as though they were available ... if those products were not truly in stock and ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Turns out I might be seeing the order in an unspecified period of time in the future ... maybe in a few weeks. Not very reassuring.
