Purchased olympus Pen grip, amazing price and even though it was listed as "used" it came brand new.
Store cancelled my order
B&H advertised several M.2 SSDs at a certain price, accepted my order, and then canceled it instead of fulfilling it. Whether it was a pricing mistake or not, the customer is the one who ends up inconvenienced. Honoring advertised prices—or at least providing a meaningful resolution—is part of good customer service. This experience left me very disappointed, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
