Hello Vadim. We regret your dissatisfaction and apologize for any inconvenience. The DJI Mini 5 Pro sold by B&H does not have a DJI warranty. Included with the drone is a 1-year warranty by CPS. Unfortunately the warranty by CPS does not cover flyaways. The drone would need to be recovered to utilize the warranty. B&H is not a manufacturer and would not be able to review the flight logs.
