SCAMMERS//AVOID AT ALL COST 0 stars if possible complete pos company withholding multiple people’s money for no apparent reason at all. Earned over 19000 points and after trying to cashout I lost all of those points and was given a negative balance of -149888. DO NOT USE FREE CASH!!!
I really like it that you do not have to wait 7 days to cash out your earnings...well, most of the time you can, but sometimes, they like to move the goal posts on you. Say its an achievement that pays 25 dollars. After you clear that achievement sometimes they like to throw your winnings onto the next withdarawl tier, meaniong youll have to reach that next tiers amount to withdrawl and its usually 60 dollars. So even though you reached the goal, they keep you from withdrawing it until you win enough to equal 60 dollars and on some of these games thats gonna require a purchase...or 2...or 3 to get there.
I would love to rate it higher this is a good app. Until it comes to getting paid or hearing back from support services. I have only been able to do one cash out and now it will let me try then not send the email to me and take some of balance before putting it back on my account. I have sent numerous emails from several email accounts to never get a reply. I would say try freecash and inbox-dollars they actually pay you and its incredibly simple to receive payment. Still trying to receive my money I made on this so called "wonderful" app. All this could be fixed if they would have just responded the first 8 times I emailed for help. I have video and screenshots of what it has been doing and of me trying to start a cash out, it saying pending then nothing just gone with a lesser balance. Before and after coin balances as well. So if anyone knows who to call or email to try and force them to pay me I'd just love that.

I am new to this app but it seemed ok till you actually went to cash out. At this point they tell you that in order to cash out you must establish your identity. They then want you to send them a copy of your driver license front and back and a selfie of yourself. I wouldn't have an issue if they told you this before you signed up for the games and started playing. Very deceptive practice and I would guess they do this to sell your information on the dark web. I would stay away if I were you.
cashed out 5$ and got it instantly, i then cashed out 100$ and still haven't received i. my it doesn't say i have the gift card pending and my balance went up but not the full amount i redeemed. looks like they took my points. very sketchy site
i really would like support to reach out to me. have had a few problems with games not rewarding me points after completing tasks but the real dealbreaker was getting to level 100 on a game for 2500 points then reaching said level and i still have 100 points which should say 2600. i have a picture of said task page and level on the game and just want this resolved. no one emails back when i try to reach out on the website support.

Casino games are heavily rigged and when you do win they pay out a couple times and then they ban you for some made up reason and put your account in the negative. Mine is now 1 million coins in the negative cause they are trying to hold $120 they owe me hostage cause they say I completed too many tasks and was abusing the system. There was a challenge telling me to download 5 games and get 5 task done for each one. I did 4 and then they banned me and out my account in the negative. They are liars and cheats. Read the other 1 star reviews cause im not the only one they have done this to.
Dont trust them. The are holding $120 i earned. Paid out a few times and then told me i was playing too many games after they keep offering me promos for downloading a new game. Completed numerous tasks and even spent over $300 playing the games and then they said I was taking advantage of them 🤣. This site is a scam. I was more than able to complete all games but they want to hold the money I earned hostage so im gonna dispute the $300 in charges cause they lied and we can call it even and ill play elsewhere. So I signed up and everything. Then sent my friend a invite link. He signed up did his proof of id everything he was supposed to and he even cashed out...but then they cancelled his cash out put his account in negative and I never received the credits for him signing up...guess what I have sent multiple emails to support with no response. On April 11, 2026 I cashed out for $10 plus the promo bonus which was an extra $5.00. Up until this day, I was very pleased with this site. Payouts were quick and effortless. I was playing everyday and achieving bonuses and it was much needed. Little extra income to help. But then this happened, my cashout went thru, the pending status was showing. But after just a few seconds, I knew something was not right. Ive never had to wait more than seconds for the email from the payout (tremendous) followed by another email from Bigcash. But none of that happened. I logged back in and went to the history and right before my eyes it was taken off. I was floored. Again I sent emails to support with no response to any of them. So me trying to not think the worst, I went and did some tasks just enough to earn a couple dollars to see if I could cash it out. And yes, I was able to. So I again contacted support. I want to know where is my money. This isnt some $2-$5. This was constant playing to make these milestones so I could get that little extra that was alot to me. Nothing..absolutely nothing. So no I do not recommend this place. There was no legitimate reason to not give me what I earned period. Again ive had no response from support. Typical since the saying goes, the ones who did you wrong usually avoid you. Go figure, they're avoiding me.
