Missing itens and no refund. They just sent me an order with less items than i ordered and did not reach out to me and kept they same amount charged.

Everything is reasonably priced and arrived quick. The only negative is that I ordered 2 packs of 20 napkins each and received 2 packs of 16 napkins each. This may be an issue depending on how many people show up to the party. But overall I am satisfied and would buy from them again.

I was shipped the wrong item twice. It took 5 days and through 2 escalation vehicles for someone to respond. Then they apologized and sent the replacement back out and I received them same wrong item again. The description ha ha and when I ordered is 100% correct. What is being shipped is not.
