I called Bluestone and explained the situation asking if same plants were still available as an exchange. In very little time, your representative found and verified my previous order, confirmed that same plants were available, and arranged for shipment to me. I could not have asked for a sweeter person to talk with! (And I wish I could remember her name...) I LOVE Bluestone Perennials from the incredibly beautiful AND information about all the selections to the ordering process, and receipt of carefully packed plants. Great website and it was easy to place an order. Good communication regarding when plants would ship and when they would arrive. The plants I received were well packed and super healthy. Along with the plants, there were very clear directions on how to take care of them until you could actually get them planted. My plants are in the ground and thriving. The plants in the first shipment of 5 look great- dry but they are doing well now. The plants in the 2nd shipment of 3 plants- appear to have been tossed around the delivery truck. The box was not damaged but 2 of 3 had no soil in the containers- all in the bottom of the box and covering the third plant. Removed all 3 from the box, added potting soil to 2 and uncovered the 3rd one. All were bone dry and after a couple of days I dappled shade with water they are perking back up.
