I notified the company that some of the perennials I’d planted last fall failed to emerge this spring. I was sent new plants to replace them! I received a friendly, quick response from the company when I first notified them. Much appreciated their help!

The entire experience I had for the first time on Bluestone Perennials was absolutely terrific!! The site is wonderful with great photos and descriptions of the plants. Good selection for sure! The 3 for $ pricing was great. And my plants were packed so well, arrived in great shape, happy and healthy! Don’t order from this company. They did not notify me that my order was unavailable (even though it said “in stock” when I ordered). I had to reach out to them when it hadn’t arrived a month later. Then after several slow emails, we found a substitution, however after another month, that order also never arrived. I had to reach back out to the company to find out why. Took another week for them to answer me. I asked for a full refund after two months of back and forth and NO plants. Frustrated.
Due to unforeseen crop production challenges, we have experienced delays that have impacted availability. While we understand this may be disappointing, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality plants and do not want to ship material that does not meet our standards. We are working to resolve the issue of notifying customers. Shipping season is very busy, we do apologize as response to emails can take a bit longer at this time. Please know you can call customer service during business hours for any assistance as well.
Bluestone consistently sends high quality flowers ready to plant. When I've had a question or concern, they are quick to respond and send a replacement if needed.

The package got delayed for a bit and with the heat I think most of the plants are dead... Time will tell, been trying to doctor them back to health

The plants are much smaller for the price compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s. They do have a much larger selection. The customer service was amazing.

Very disappointed honestly given the good reviews. We ordered a blue chiffon hibiscus. The plant arrived on time and well packaged. It was very small (about 5-6 inches tall). The leaves keep turning yellow and dropping; no new growth.
