David Leo did a great job with my loan refinance. It was smooth, easy, and rapidly went through the process to get me approved as quick as possible.

Mario verified my account and confirmed my player. He stated BMG has recently reopened lending/refinancing to my employer. He explained that only a limited amount of employees from my employer are currently being allowed to apply for new loans or refinance. He stated I am not able to apply until i receive an invitation email from BMG. He advised he doesn't know when the email will be sent. I requested escalation to the refinance department. Mario stated that he could not escalate the request because the invitation process is controlled by the current employer allocation and customer service can not override it. Mario also confirmed that the website message stating "You are not eligible yet" is outdated and that BMG's IT department is working to remove or update that message. Mario gave me a more complete explanation than what i was given on the website. Mario's was respectful, kind and informative. I appreciate the time he took to help me understand why I am not able to refinance at this time.
