My experience with OneMain has been extremely disappointing and has left me feeling that their practices are predatory and misleading. I do not know the current status of my account because their representative has not been truthful during collection efforts, and the information I have been given has been inconsistent and unreliable. As a result, I no longer have confidence in anything I am being told regarding my account. I expect honesty, transparency, and integrity from a financial institution, but the lack of all three has made it impossible to trust OneMain or the information their representatives provide.

This company is a scammer

This company is a scammer! They keep charging me more fees after paying a total of 11,000 dollars and after paying all the money they kept telling I owned more money, so I paid 335X2 but they keep charging me and reported me one late payment. The manager is a real incompetent who does not help at all. I pay them whatever fee and she keep saying I owned them more money! They are thieves, do nor used this company.

First if all, when I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello and an offer of assistance. The staff was very friendly and was willing to listen to me and ask questions about my needs. They explained my options and were willing to work with me to help me achieve my goal. Also, they took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered before I left.
