Do not apply for a loan with this company. I have a 740 credit score and a salary above $160,000 annually from an employer I've been with for 20 years. I went through the pre-approval process and the website showed I was pre-approved for $10,000 without collateral or $20,000 with my car as collateral. As a result, I made the mistake of submitting the application. After having to scan and take pictures of several documents and the car along with uploading everything to the website, I was then told even with collateral, I only qualified for $4,000. I explained to them how deceptive this practice is and how bad this makes their customer service. Proving however they do not care about that, they basically told me to take a walk. Now I not only don't have the loan, my credit score has been impacted by the hard inquiry. Do not use these clowns. Applicant beware.

The staff are friendly and very accommodating, they help us prepare and process our needs. Due to our loan, we just requested if we could have 2500 only, they loaned as more than enough and the pay is low. Thank you to the Manager for approving it. Customer sevice is horrible even the manager did not care. They said they will call it a certain time they don’t for a closing when you call to follow up they say oh they’re missing some information. They still should’ve called at the closing time to say that we could not close because they were missing something instead they were very rude about it and when I asked to speak to the manager of the office, she said she was ever since I’ve had to switch to this office due to the office in my area closing has always been a nightmare when needing to talk to somebody or when having any questions.
