There was too much delay in the back-and-forth revisions. It took nearly 3 months to get a good doll, because they take so long I had to cancel my order for the remaining three.

I'll just put 3-stars. I ordered 2 bobbleheads as gifts for my groomsmen. 1 is close enough but the other one does not look like the picture i provided. Hair color is super dark brown. It's supposed to be very light brown or almost blonde. The jawline when viewed at front is too broad also which is not the same from the photo i provided.
The artists at Bobblegifts were so kind and talented! They nailed the images of my two friends (yes, I purchased two for a couple sharing a birthday weekend). they must have sent me 3 photos and nailed my friends enthusiasm and charm! Thank you!

They sent the item missing and wrong, paid over 100€ and asking to give 5€ discount as a solution. Don't get fooled by the website is in Dutch, it is produced and sent from China. Also, the quality is much less than on photos shown. Wouldn't recommend it.
