The package the book was supposed to arrive in showed up empty and unsealed after almost a month and a half. I reached out to customer support for another book or refund and didn’t hear back.

Very professional. Quality was exceptional. The northern lights on the cover was amazing. In fact all the images were spot on. I believe that if I would have another person review before print it would have been fantastic. To hold my story in print was a fantastic feeling.

Please be patient with it for a few more days to see the updates. For Hawaii, San Francisco is a common mainland gateway directionally, so Seattle → SF → Hawaii is plausible. I'm starting to write stories about my grandchildren's lives - but real and make believe. I wanted to find an online service to produce a children's book, I don't intend to publish these personal stories, but I want them to look like actual books. Bookemon delivered. It's a simple, easy to use platform. I just gave my first children's book to my 6 year old granddaughter and she was thrilled! Just to be able to read something that came from within, in book form, is amazing and fulfilling. I have very little negative and a barrage of positive feelings about my experience with Bookemon. I have self-published 30 books through them and am satisfied with the outcome of each. Reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is that parts of many of my books came out disjointed and glaringly misprinted. Myself and another proof-read every book before publication, but the problem still persists. Otherwise, Bookemon does a great all-around job of printing and binding, and I am happy with the results.

I have ordered a few books for the final project of my Higher Technical College education - part of the exmination. The quality of the printing and books were excellent. The staff answered my questions directly and in a very helpful manner. As soon as I had submitted the text and photos for the book, the draft was checked and I was informed directly about a few leittle mistakes in the text!!! I adjusted the mistakes, and after correction, the completion of the book was very quick as well as the shipping. I have received the books in great order and much quicker than expected, even though we live in Austria/Europe and the books were printed in the USA. Fantastic, 10 Stars and hopefully we get to work together again soon! Thank you very much for your excellent service, high quality and quickest delivery!
