Too expensive and unhelpful
It is expensive because the cost to release a good to your US address may be more than the cost of the item itself. Also, if you want to return something to the vendor, rather than release it to your home address, Borderlinx doesn't provide any assistance in getting a free return label. I likely won't use Borderlinx again.
Hello, Please be advised that the international shipping rate is calculated based on the shipment weight (higher of dead weight or volumetric weight) and is independent of its price/value. Whether a parcel of 1kg is $10 or $1000, you would still incur the standard 1kg charge irrespective of its value. We understand that international shopping require planning, reason why we provide the online cost calculator on the website to get an estimate prior to purchase. Best Regards, Borderlinx Team
