Excellent products and AMAZING customer service
Everything I have purchased is top quality. Really really nice! In addition, I placed two orders back to back. I selected an incorrect item on each. The team at Box immediately rectified the problems I created without hesitation. Great customer service in every sense of the word. I’m looking forward to placing more orders soon.
Very light and finally available to the public
These titanium handlebars are super light and very well packaged, arrived unscathed today ready to install. Thanks for not limiting me to just one. Thanks to Box Components for their email stating these are finally in. I kept checking the site anyways like every day. Stupid pandemic. The wait is over.
