Horrible customer experience
I liked the product, but after this experience, I would never recommend BuyDisplay to anyone. I ordered a display in August that never arrived. I waited nearly a month before contacting them because I wanted to give them a fair chance to resolve the situation. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. Problem solved, right? Apparently not. Months later, I receive an email from customer service asking me to pay the refund back because their tracking system says the package was delivered. Then I look at the delivery address they provided. California. I don't live in California, and I never received the display. So let me get this straight: BuyDisplay failed to get my order to me, refunded me for a product I never received, and now expects me to pay them back because their tracking system shows a delivery to an address in an entirely different state? And somehow, this is now my problem to resolve? This was my third display from them. One didn't work (which may have been an issue on my end), one was great, and one never showed up. I was willing to overlook the occasional problem because I liked the products. But being chased by customer service to return a legitimate refund for an order that never reached me is beyond frustrating. The fact that this company would rather pursue a customer over its own tracking records than acknowledge that something clearly went wrong is unbelievable. I've gone from being a repeat customer to someone who will actively tell others to shop elsewhere. **Save yourself the headache.** The products may be good, but no display is worth dealing with customer service like this. I'd gladly pay more to a competitor for the peace of mind of knowing that when something goes wrong, I won't be treated like I'm responsible for their shipping problems.
