One incorrect part was sent in a multi part order. I called and they immediately addressed the issue and the correct parts was shipped right out. Great communication. Here is a company that cares about it’s customers

First thing is you ship internationally, which that was my issue with trying to buy with other companies. So that was a plus and just to see how many products you guys have in stock is amazing. The second thing was the customer service and shipping being expedited like crazy fast.

The package has not been delivered, as of 27 Jan 2025
The package was delivered after a delay. The US Postal Service stated that according to their tracker it went back and forth between their offices in Denver and Colorado Springs. This also happened on a previous order. The mail man assumes that there is a problem with the third party shipping label bar code and he is investigating. The text label was fine last time, but again assume something is wrong with code that is scanned.
