I was surprisingly disappointed with part of my order. Picture on website showed the crimp pins attached on a strip and therefore assumed the $3 price was for 1 strip not one pin would be separated from the strip. So by ordering one I did not have the needed quantity pins for the connector and had to go a different route which basically wasted $45 and further project delay.

The connector I ordered was backorder, even though it said it was in stock. Not a big deal, but when it showed up it was the wrong one. I've emailed about the problem and haven't gotten a response. So I've been waiting longer for it since it was backorder and now I still can't finish my project because the wrong one showed up and I'm not even sure if anything is going to be done to correct it. Plus I'm out the $90 for the wrong connector.

Ordered the wrong items. They started the refund and had me order the correct items within minutes. The correct connectors were a snap to assemble and will outlast the cheap crimp connectors any day.
