Have used buyfrompowerseller for several years now and have not had a single issue. In fact they have improved there service over the past year or so and codes for activation of cards come through almost instantaneously, whereas a few years ago you had to wait a few hours. So all good.

Great service ive been buying from them since 2012. Card # came instantly after paying via paypal The card is ready to use right away no need to register it or all that crap they do all that for you so you can start using it right away!! It's a U.S card so you can shop almost anywhere that uses a U.S address They also give you a link where you can check the balance of the card if you wish so, i mean who doesn't :P I will buy again without hesitation!!
