The product looks amazing. Towels are what I ordered. The quality is very cheap for the price. I was expecting a quality towel and I feel like I got a micro fiber xl rag.

The etched lines were not consistent…
The etched lines were not consistent thickness and close lines merged into a large open area—quite different from the preview appearance. It should have been flagged before production. As a cup, the rounded handle is less than ideal for holding. But since the etching is only on one side, a right-handed user cannot “see” the graphic.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I tried to order three coasters costing about £12 and the website added £36 in postage. No amount of chatting to the "bot" or emailing a supposedly real person got me any further, so I abandoned the purchase. I would never bother again. I would have given zero stars if possible.

The decal is so dark it is illegible
The decal is so dark it is illegible. For what I paid vs what I received I am very disappointed. This was supposed to be something that someone who served in this squadron could be proud of. I think someone looked at it and so what! Very disappointed!!

I had my hats redone because the logo…
I had my hats redone because the logo was too big and didn’t match the proof I approved. When the new set of hats arrived, they looked identical - still too big!
