Super easy website to use. Quality product at an affordable price and great work with putting logo on the products. Please a welcome present that I LOVE!!!! Received the items in a timely manner as well. Everything from the website to receiving my order was a great experience.
My order which was for an event, never shipped. Then when I requested a replacement order be expedited they were unable to do that. I had ordered with plenty of time so am very disappointed. The company is offering to resend the order but I now question reliability. The company had sent an email about the first order saying it had shipped last week Sunday but it never did. I checked tracking for several days and then contacted the company who then acknowledged the order never shipped! Very frustrating! I had several people who were expecting the product so we could make decisions for a future larger order. That event has now passed and no one got to evaluated the product since it never arrived.

You sent me the wrong order. Someone elses sign. I immediately sent an email stating the issue and so far 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE HAVE RESPONDED and nothing has been done to promptly ship me the correct sign!

The delivery was great and ordering was pretty easy. My product was smaller than I thought it would be but it did come out nicely. I would definitely order again with the right product.
Both items I ordered were perfect! They were a surprise and she was so excited to receive them that she couldn't wait to use them! The carry bag arrived first and she immediately emptied the bag she was using, and transferred everything into the one I gave her. The t-shirt came a few days later, and she couldn't have been happier! Both items turned out exactly as described. She was surprised and excited to get them and I was thrilled to give her such nice gifts. Thanks so much!!!

The hats were beautiful. However, two different times I ordered the hats and both times, I had to request for the order to be remade due to nondelivery. When I called the second time because of what I experienced the first order, your rep asked me to wait another week. I needed the order for a trip. Therefore the order did not arrive on-time.
