I was able to arrange the delivery date…

I was able to arrange the delivery date so that I knew I’d be home and able to have my candy delivered on that date. The only problem was due to the company delivering my order. It must have left it in their holding area until the specific day I was to receive it Although the candy was not cold it had been packed well and arrived at room temperature And it was fine. If anyone is responsible I would fault the delivery company.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great, order was on time. However do not purchase the root-beer gummy worms they taste like chemicals. You honestly cannot eat them or give them to children. But customer service was good at handling the complaint.

cinnamon taffy its the best but it melts to quick so i put in the freezer can only eat around 3 or 4 at a time

I have been buying online from Candy Warehouse for about 20 years. Recently I discovered their physical location is on the way from my new home to my parents'. Having dropped by to pick up sweets in person, I can say there is no friendlier group of employees! Who wouldn't love to play at being Willy Wonka! They have always gotten my orders right. In warm weather, they have sent chocolate with cold packs. Great service, shipping at fair prices. Their premium chocolates are among world best. The only complaint I ever had was once some Halloween candy was described online as "chocolate" and when delivered, it was chocolate "flavored," even though at a premium price. Though my only disappointment in 20 years, I still remember that raw deal.
