Disappointed on pick up timing

Slow pickup at the airport at 10:00 pm After years of being a Canopy loyal customer, I will probably move to the Parking Spot. They had 3 different shuttle vans arrive before Canopy had 1 on the west side. Our van could take 7 from east side and there were at least a dozen left behind…

I have tried other parking services at…

I have tried other parking services at DIA but none of them have been as good as Canopy. Fast, clean shuttle. Friendly and helpful drivers. The only reason it is not a 5 star review....the parking lot really needs to be repaved or pot holes need to be filled. You are a popular and busy business and it shows in the asphalt.

Ridiculous wait times

I usually use a competitor and decided to give canopy a try.- the wait times were ridiculous. On way home waiting for shuttle was like 40 minutes and the driver was rude to others who could not get on shuttle. That same competitor I saw 5 shuttles in the time that Canopy took to arrive.

Everyone from the minute I pulled in was very nice and helpful, even the newest young lady. The shuttle drivers were also very helpful. I would use again. My only complaint was no one told us the pick up location at the airport had changed.

Slow After midnight

Very slow shuttle service after midnight. Waited 40 minutes for a shuttle. Did call to request one and called again when one still hadn’t shown up and the response was “they are on their way.” I LIKE Canopy but waiting 40 minutes for a shuttle (even after midnight) Makes things tough.

Scan in and out, quick and easy

The reservation and payment process was simple. We did not have to wait long for a shuttle at the terminal either. It was a great parking experience after traveling for 26 hours.

Service is great and request pickup…

Service is great and request pickup doesn't ever keep me waiting too long, although the folks standing there did mention that they always experience long waits so there's input from your other customers, but I can't complain.

Spend some money resurfacing the mine…

Spend some money resurfacing the mine field called a parking lot!! Can even read the parking stall number.. Please !!!!!

Courteous service

I had to wait a little while for the shuttle to the airport but when I called the shuttle was there immediately. Minor glitch. The driver was very friendly and remembered me on my return. I was impressed! Thank you for the courteous service.

As usual, Canopy safely held my car for me until I returned. The shuttle drivers were top-notch too.

The shuttle pickup points have changed

The shuttle pickup points have changed, but on the cards it still says the old places. Please print up new tickets to stop confusion. They don't have enough shuttles as pickup wait times are 30 minutes.

I love parking at Canopy. The prices are reasonable and I never have to worry about whether I will be late for a flight. They maintain consistent pickups and drop offs. Canopy drivers are professional and courteous. I will continue to use them!
