Products work well and quick service
Made my first purchase from the store a while ago. Had some minor difficulties with installation, but they helped from the start through whatsapp and access on teamviewer. They advertice with cheap secondhand, but they will only sell new
On their website they advertice for a Second Hand Launch X431 PRO ELITE car diagnostic tool for EUR 309. Read a question asked by a guy in november last year where he asked if this was available with the 2 years guarantee. The shop answered: "Just was returned by customer ,and the second hand one still have 2years free update But now, there is no stock for this second hand one If you want the machine, you can get brand new one" That worried me a bit, so I then asked in the chatbox wether this item was available? I got the exact same answer: that it was not available, but I could buy a new one!!! Don't trust this company!

First of all, Peter Ingham did not make purchase on my site anymore, so his word is not trustable.Second, we add ad for our second hand machines, buy or not buy this machine mainly depend on customer request, we do not force to get . Thirdly, peter ingham write bad reviews for all of his purchase, so i doubt his purpose.

Waited 2 weeks only to be asked for more money for an unknown delivery date
I bought a TPMS tool, reported as "in stock", with free delivery within 5-7 business days. I waited for 2 weeks and then contacted them since the order was just "processing" since then. I was told they don't have the item in stock, and I could either pay an additional 60 EUR (40% of the original item) to get another model - or pay 25 EUR to get it delivered from China, with an unknown ETA.

Hello Giorgio Firt of all, i am sorry that we do not contact in time about the order status, Second, we are waiting for EU stock but EU warehouse stock delay again and again, so the shipment delay . After getting exact message from EU warehouse ,we send email in time to confirm if exchanging to other tools or for refund. All our procedure is without problems, but the only point is that i should contact in time to tell the orders status at first. Regards Jenny

Had some questions about the obdstar I want to buy. Quick response. Made the order. As promised delivered within a week to Holland. They offered a additional half year of licence on the website.
