I placed a good order and unfortunately…
I placed a good order and unfortunately a couple things were messed up. I ordered 5in buffing pads got the wrong ones. Called and got sent 2 more wrong ones. When I called back talked to 2 gentleman and they were sending me 2 pads I never heard of and not to happy to be substituted a brand of pad I never heard of. I also ordered blue applicators and got green ones. I am sorry to say but don't think I will be a return customer. 1 order and multiple mistakes which equals downtime and waiting for something I never heard of. I am not fond of being talked into a different product I never heard of. Will be looking for a different company in the future
