Sad that it turned out this way

I'll try and keep this as objective as possible for anyone considering Catalyst's services. I am so disappointed I even have to write this - because we tried to be as friendly and patient with Denise and Catalyst for as long as we could. We commissioned them do our our site in September 2021. They provided their own deadline of November 1st 2021 (Screenshot attached). Our old site's PHP was no longer supported 31st December 2021 - giving them an additional 2 month buffer to move to the new site. It is now April 9th 2022 - and so many things are not complete. Communication with Denise and the Catalyst team is a joke - no one ever replies. (screenshots attached) Every reply since March has been "we are working on it" or " will get back to you " or " looking into this now " - when nothing gets done, moves or gets finished. Even when we are told it is finished - often when checked, it still doesn't work. So many pages we built on our own - Custom Portfolios , Brand Pages, Ambassador pages - hours upon hours of self initiative, when it should have been done by Catalyst. I understand we added alot of things from the initial brief - at no point were we told it would cost more, or we are exceeding what they have been commissioned for. There were many Video calls and Whatsapps where I said if it costs more, please let us know. As recently as 16th of March 2022 saying the same. (attached) Attached is what our current iPad view is We still have no integrated Shipping Company, our Lost Password Button doesn't work, Stripe button not activated, our site is slow, our cart view is a mess, product labels and tags are chaos - alot of basics. Its sad because these are basic things, many of which our old site had - and we didnt need to lose months of revenue moving to a "new" site in this manner. Its more sad that I thought there was an opportunity for a long term, friendship. Conclusion; I think Catalyst is overreaching in their ability and skillset - and may promise things they simply cannot deliver. Please take into consideration their words, and assess carefully if they genuinely can do what they say.
