Honestly one of the best companies! I never thought I would be out of the situation I was in & I did it! Cannot thank your company enough for your endless support & guidance over the last 2 years! Would highly recommend your company to anyone that is in a situation of debt!
They did an overall good job
They did an overall good job. I had used a different debt counseling firm for a previous time. They charged $100. CESI only charged $60. It was a little rocky start. I didn't know some of my bills weren't being paid enough, so I got hit with a few LATE payment marks on my credit report (8 total), which lowered my score. That upset me because they are STILL on my report. But after that everything was smooth sailing. It was easy to update my total balances. And I paid it all off in the month I was supposed to.

I have used Cesi for over 5 years, every step of the way this company has been exceptional, very professional and I have spoke to customer service representatives numerous times, each and every time they have been very helpful and courtesy.
