This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company turns off and on my autopay without telling me. They miss payments because of it and don't tell me. They double charge me and don't tell me. The customer service agents basically only take payments. If you have any other issues you have to speak to a supervisory. Conveniently (for them) there is never a supervisor available. They promise the supervisors will call back but they never do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.
I am pleased with my experience with Consumer Education Services Inc. My payments were drafted as agreed and sent to creditors on time each month. I was able to pay off my debt within the time frame they stated.
CESI has helped me finally get my life back on track. The monthly payments were affordable for my budget, and the customer service is excellent. I’d give more than five stars if I could.
