Drivers are hard to find
Upon arrival in the arrivals hall, there were many drivers standing along the rail with the signs for their passenger. The China Car Service driver was not there and was not visible anywhere in the arrivals hall. I was forced to try and make an international long distance (expensive) call to locate him. I have experienced this problem more than once in multiple Asian cities. Please better instruct your drivers to put themselves in a highly visible location with a clearly printed name sign. (This problem was fixed on my most recent service.)

Very reliable company
Very reliable company. Will respond to you immediately anytime you contact them. Very respectful staff. Clearly defines the meeting location for pick up, even sends you pictures of the area. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them!

I was pleased with the services
I was pleased with the services. I received email clarifications every single time. Driver was on time and very professional. Needed that as it our first trip and did not know how to navigate around.

Even though the Hong Kong Airport…
Even though the Hong Kong Airport situation was not good, the pick up arrangement by the driver was smooth and nice. I was happy to choose this service!

A Happy Customer
First time going to Shenzhen from Hong Kong by car, transport was arranged before hand and we were met at Hong Kong International Airport by Mr Ricky Ng. He helped us with luggage, taught us how to clear immigration, it was a breeze to cross border by car. We were driven back to the airport by Ricky when we departed Shenzhen for Hong Kong International Airport too. Your driver is polite, courteous and very helpful, on top of being a safe driver. He drove us across to Shenzhen even though it was almost Typhoon 8 that day. Thank you Ricky, KUDOS, you do your job well and I am sure your company is proud of your services rendered.

This car service is absolutely perfect
This car service is absolutely perfect! I traveled on business in China for two weeks and used them for all hotel to airport/train transfers and full day hires to bring me to various meetings. Everything was on time, professional and made my visit stress free. The vehicles are clean. The drivers are pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed being able to tailor the services to my needs - I used economy cars for hotel transfers with a non English speaking driver as the distance was short and they already knew the destination and more high end cars for full day hires with drivers with conversational English. The drivers communicated with the factories I was going to visit so they knew exactly where to go and were able to accompany me making me feel safe. As the full day hires are 8 hours with lots of time in the car, the luxury vehicles were worth the extra expense. The service always reconfirms your booking the day before with your driver's name, mobile number and license number for reference via email. The prices I found to be reasonable as well. Completely awesome experience!

Reliable, good pricing, simple to contact
I used them for airport pickups and dropoffs from hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai for my family of four. Arranged everything incl all inclusive payment (incl gratuity) on phone app, very simple and company reps contact immediately to confirm. Very nice Toyota Alphard luxury van. Driver was always prompt, always waiting for us early, courteous and most importantly, very safe in driving. Highly recommend using these drivers.

OK but my wifde had to walk too far
They were amazing!
They were amazing!! Picked us up at our hotel in Hong Kong and dropped us off at our hotel in Shenzhen. They speak good english and very easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. I will certainly use them again on my next business trip.
