ChinaFlower214

They were the best flowers ever

Long time customer

Easy to order and the product is great quality. Fast delivery. I'm very happy.

a good reliable service

the experience was the same good customer service as previous orders and deliveries

Don’t waste your time or money here

Ordered $70 flowers for my friends 40th birthday, order confirmed and payment accepted. No further communications and no flowers. Terrible, surely someone can set up and provide a western equivalent service to coordinate flower delivery. Don’t waste your time or money here.

If it comes to good deads Chinaflower214 clearly falls short!

If it comes to good deeds chinaflower214 is big s...! Only focusing on the profit is a bad business philosophy. When chinaflower214 is responsible for a terrible mistake it has to solve the problem for the recipient, taking into account the state of mind of the recipient. Chinaflower214 clearly falls short.

Timeliness

Timeliness, just perfect. I just do not like PayPal. I have issues in the pass, no just one time but couple of times. That’s why I go with other flowers company. I am being honest.

Delivery to wrong address

I’ve usually had great service from you in the past, but this time, when I wanted a time critical delivery, you delivered to the wrong address. You delivered to an old address even though the new address had been supplied. Luckily, a family member was able to send it by messenger to the correct address and it arrived on time.

My friend always loves her flowers from China Flower 214! I’ve ordered 4-5 times and they always deliver in the window of time and on time!
