Amazing service and products!
I was sceptical at first but they did such a great job. They were in constant contact with me via Whatsapp about the status and details of the delivery. They delivered on time. The product looks even better than on the pictures online. Also they delivered way more than expected. In addition to the cake they delivered cuttlery, a cake server, a plate and candles and they added a card and a little crown for the birthday girl. All in at all it was great and money well spend. I am so greatful that they helped me spread some happiness to my friend on her big day, thank you so much for your service!

Pandoraflora to the rescue
I found Pandoraflora after a previous delivery service went bust. I used Pandoraflora for the first time in July 2026. The flowers were fresh and carefully arranged when delivered. The experience was so easy I used them again in September 2026 and will continue to use them in the future.

Good communucation
Communication was great via WhatsApp and bilingual (English and Putonghua). The flower arrangement that was designed was beautiful and aligned with expectations. The florist that the arrangement was organised through unfortunately called the receipient the day earlier to query how they would like their arrangement delivered, and so the "surprise" was taken away, but I informed Pandoraflora of this and they have said that they will speak with the florist and this us not usual practice.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service! I wanted to send flowers to a friend in China - and Pandoraflora had a good variety of flowers, at a competitive price. What impressed me the most is that I received a WhatsApp 10 mins after my order to confirm details, and within 90 minutes flowers turned up at my friend’s house, along with my gift message hand written. Great service, quick delivery, and I would definitely use again.

I mixed up addresses but somehow they managed to deliver the flowers regardless. I was very amazed by this level of service and commitment. I would definetly send flowers again.

Professional and reliable.
I was actually quite nervous arranging a delivery. They were so patient with me getting all the details correctly and managing to deliver to a quiet town in a not busy part of Fujian province. Even with a teddy bear and vase along with a relatively large bouquet. Very professional and they gave me timely updates so I could see the nice surprise at the end. Also a really cute photo of the delivery. I mentioned I was heartbroken but would definitely recommend them or use them again if I ever need another delivery. Plenty of fish in the sea right 😂🤦♂️ Oh and i was worried it may not arrive at a work address in time as I ordered quite late but they kept their promise and even managed it early. Big win!
