Amazing Customer Service! They Go Above and Beyond! This was my very first time using Pandoraflora, and I am incredibly impressed. First of all, their website was very easy to navigate. The flowers that were delivered were absolutely perfect and matched the pictures on the site exactly. They were also delivered right when promised! What truly blew me away, though, was their customer service. I forgot to include a card and message with my order, and they actually followed up via text to ask if I wanted to add one. I did, and the message was written exactly as I sent it. I never thought you could find such outstanding customer service anymore.
