I’ve been a long-time customer of Choq and truly love their products, especially the Irish Moss. After trying it, I noticed such a difference that other people actually commented on the youthfulness of my face. I’ve been emailing back and forth with Lauren S, and she has given me the best customer service I’ve received in as long as I can remember. Every email I sent was answered the same day, and every question was met with genuine kindness. As a Canadian customer ordering from an American supplier, there can be downsides with exchange rates, shipping, and duties. Lauren went out of her way to secure us as customers and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Because of her efforts, we were happy to sign up for a subscription, and my husband is now getting the male stack as well. Excellent products and truly exceptional customer service. I have tried DOZENS of ashwagandha. This one is THE BEST!
I was very sick for a VERYYY long time (15-20 years). I researched anything and everythinggg and finally decided to use ashwagandha to lower my cortisol levels. I looked and tried COUNTLESS brands of ashwagandha and stumbled upon Choq through Shane one day. Decided to give it a try. Thank God I did!! It is 100% the BEST ashwagandha I have tried amongst dozens, DOZENS! PSA - DO NOT GET YOUR CHOQ FROM AMAZON! I ordered ashwagandha from there to "save money" and it is 100% NOT the same. I open my capsules every day and mix it in water then drink it for faster absorption and when I did that with the Amazon capsules, I noticed IMMEDIATELY that the product is NOT the same quality. Get it directly from here! All reps have always been wonderful, and today was no different. I received my shipment today and it was a bottle short. I sent an email to Lauren S. explaining. She responded in less than 20 minutes apologizing for the packing error and said the missing bottle would be on its way directly. I got an email around 2 hours later saying it was shipped!!
