All in all a positive first selling experience

All in all, a good experience. I had some questions that were quickly answered by the Chrono24 team, and the listing process was pretty easy with good suggestions for making an effective listing. I thought the certification reviewer got a little carried away though - holding up payment on a very lightly used watch, described as “Used/Very Good”, because with a closeup macro camera he was able to find a few hairline scratches. Fortunately the buyer agreed with me.

Took a it to process a refund the vendor initiated, communication could have been prompt and the process could go faster. 7/24/2026 to 8/4/2026 and finally when I wrote on 7/30 where the vendor was saying they initiated I gpt a response but never a followup.
